Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 91 === This is a case study that aimed at the organization feel like to try to carry out the learning organization, to establish three pilot teams as a subject. Through the research of these three pilot teams, we can deeply realize what kind of pilot team could be change the old thinking and useful for the organization to spread learning organization. This study adopts qualitative research. To analyze the process of pilot teams on the strength of the course record and member interview. Therefore, to adopt quantity research assist with this study. According to the theory of “the Basic of Qualitative Research” be used in Chapter four. Collect quality data from pilot teams, use the coding technique. All of quality data transform into the concept of team’s process, description by story is easy for readers to read and understand. In chapter five consist of “Axial Coding” and “ Selective Coding”, through the concept of chapter four to find what kind of concept can influce the working of polit team and analyze the reason for the change of thinking and action and then find the helpful factor when the organization adopt the learning organization.
After analysis and compare, there are a few of factor will influence the change of team worker and if the success when organization carry out the learning organization. First, if the member can not take the task owing to no ability or can not control, they will lack confidence and then affect the cooperate with others and the power of learning. Second, the team working would be smooth if there are a leader who be highly praised. If leader have positive and responsibility attitude, they can help the members raise confidence. Third, a mood of safety in the team, would help member express their thoughts and opinion.
