For decreasing the load of users to update and increasing the rate in healthcare, this research uses the characters of Internet and applications of Web Services to establish the healthcare management systems founded on web-component. It simplifies the work of users while expanding and updating the functions of systems, conveniently integrates more and more web-based healthcare management applications in the future, provides healthcare management and flow support function for users to set healthcare workflow themselves, and guides the users in the healthcare workflow. In practice, this research uses Microsoft ASP.Net as development tools, takes as example the healthcare of Diabetes, which influences the health of our people very much, establishes Diabetes Case Management Component, and cooperates with Healthcare Workflow Web Services and Healthcare Workflow Set Tools so that the users can build Diabetes Case Management Workflow adapted to their own circumstances. This system includes four parts: Healthcare Workflow Control Engine, Healthcare Workflow Set Tools, User Operate Interface, and Healthcare Workflow Control Database. Healthcare Workflow Control Engine uses Web Services to provide the function of controlling healthcare workflow, Healthcare Workflow Set Tools provides users interfaces to register components and arrange healthcare workflow, User Operate Interface provides users interfaces to start healthcare workflow, and Healthcare Workflow Control Database saves the data needed in system operating. Outside the system are Basic Information, Communication Information, Education, Nursing Evaluate, Examination, Complication totally 31 Diabetes Case Management Components provided for the users. From the experience of practical developing, we discover that while using Component-based Software Development to develop healthcare information systems whose need varies quickly, we should notice that components having high cohesion and low coupling decrease the complexity of developing relatively. After evaluation, users consider that the system helps them to decreasing the load of updating system and increasing the quality of work. In future applications, the system can combine other chronic disease healthcare workflow to help user integrate their work, and cooperate with PDA applications decreasing data so that they can get information on time in the front line, decreasing the errors and time wasted in repeating. Via portal site and the workflow set function of this system, user can arrange health education content adapted to ordinary people. After logging in the Healthcare portal site they are guided by system to get proper information on the web site sequentially. In database management, Case data save in the web-component carry out environment, and use web-component as interface to edit data. Because the data of Healthcare are sensitive, We should pay more attention to security issue and promote the safety of system data through various authentication to avoid users spread on the Internet editing, changing or destroying data of privacy. 碩士 === 國立陽明大學 === 衛生資訊與決策研究所 === 91 === How to elastically expand the functions of system and cooperate with healthcare workflow has been an important challenge while building healthcare information systems and the inclination to cooperate with the gradually developed component-based software development is now a more important issue.
In database management, Case data save in the web-component carry out environment, and use web-component as interface to edit data.
