Summary: | 碩士 === 國立陽明大學 === 醫務管理研究所 === 91 === Qualitative approach appeared after World War Ⅱ as the result of interdisciplinary integration. Some famous approaches come form it, such as Case Study, Interview, etc…Qualitative approach hasn’t become a perfect method, but just a conceptual framework. Because the foundation of Case Study or Interview is based on subjective human value choice, some basic concepts are hard to clarify and define.
The author of this paper first described the definition of the Board of Directors, followed with the analysis of numerous problems that the Board of Directors of the Foundation Hospital could face. This analysis primarily discussed the gap between the legal status and managerial mechanism of the Board of Directors and then extended the scope to various applications.
Finally the author proposed some problems the Board of Directors in Taiwan Hospital Industry faced today. For example, the need of building the internal system that helps medical centers solve their problems. We expected the researcher can find the solution that keeps the completeness of the Board and allows it to have better function in the operation of a medical center.
This article intended to stress the importance of the Board of Directors in the Foundation Hospital. And we expect, through the building of the internal system and the combination of legal status and managerial mechanism, the Board can work well with the function it should have.
