Summary: | 碩士 === 大同大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 91 === In this research, we proceed as the model design and simulated analysis of the Stirling engine of β type. And we integrate thermal-fluid and dynamic simulation software to analyze, and to build a technique of researching and developing of the Stirling engine. The numerical simulation uses FLUENT 6.1 to simulate thermal-fluid field in the cylinder by the function of dynamic meshes. In mechanical simulation, it uses motion-simulated software MSC. visualNastran Desktop to simulate. Using CAD software to design mechanical model, and then input the cylinder pressure data obtained from thermal-fluid analysis in MSC. visualNastran Desktop to be a condition of driving force, then the mechanical simulation can proceed at all. Coupling the thermal-fluid field and dynamic mechanical simulation, it shows the power cycle efficiency and the stress distribution. It plays an important role of engine structure design.
