Organic/ inorganic hybrids materials is one kind of new multi-function material, provide the characteristic of widely and the interesting. The material in this new realm develop very quickly. Useing inorganic/organic polymers hybrids nanocomposite materials gets many property of high functional level, and expands many traditional composite material to new applying realm which can't imagine, becoming one of important directions that research development current and future. This research is by sol gel methods under sour cataly. It gets organic/inorganic hybrids nanofilms by adding organic polymers into metal oxides. The raw material of the metal oxide is main for TiCl4 and Tetraethylorthosilicate( TEOS). And organism polymer is used by Nikel- Phthalocyanine. Use the controlling of the term of the manufacturing process with changes the structure and characteristic of thin film , observeing whether have the notability difference property with pure compound. This research is combined by the theories and application,valuating the applied potential of the nanostructure of organic/inorganic hybrids materials, to use in the application of gas sensor.
