Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺北巿立體育學院 === 運動科學研究所 === 91 === A quantitative method of isotonic strength ∼As example of rotator cuff∼ ABSTRACT PURPOSE:The purpose of this study was establish a quantitative method to evaluate muscle isotonic strength ,and use the method to evaluate the muscle strength on the patients of rotator cuff tear(RCT). METHODS:Twelve healthy (normal group) and eight rotator cuff tear (RCT group) subjects participated in the study. The healthy and RCT subjects physical characteristics were: age 29.67±6.17, height 161±6.3 cm, body mass 52.25±9.2 kg; age 46.75±9.44, height 166.5±7.65 cm, body mass 61.75±7.69 kg, respectively. The subjects was performed a motion of the shoulder internal rotation three times. Use the Biopac MP100 system to evaluate the shoulder strength, when subjects perform the internal rotation. The strength of the shoulder internal rotation was recorded. RESULTS:The mean and opposite strength of the shoulder internal rotation in the normal group were: F:123.78±54.16(kg‧m/sec²)、Impulse:23.31±18.84(nt‧m/sec)、Explosive:638.19±477.14(nt/sec)、Acceleration:53.77±23.53(m/sec²)、Velocity:19.91±22.29(m/sec)、opposite strength: 2.25±0.77. The mean and opposite strength of the shoulder internal rotation in the RCT group were: F:28.80±13.99(kg‧m/sec²)、Impulse:4.45±2.34(nt‧m/sec)、Explosive:125.05±116.28(nt/sec)、Acceleration:15.80±7.68(m/sec²)、Velocity:4.35±5.22(m/sec)、opposite strength: 0.47±0.25. The result was found that the mode of this study had reliability(p<0.05). CONCLUSION:The mode of this study could provide for the parameter of muscle strength when subjects perform muscle isotonic motion, such as force, impulse, explosive, acceleration and velocity. The mode of this study could evaluate muscle strength and modified the program of rehabilitation for RCT patients who in the rehabilitation period.
