The sampling is from 290 elite female athletes who join the University Game 2003. The average age of participants is 20.89+2.7. Participants are asked to complete questionnaires, which include “ The Motivation of Female Athletes in the Socialization Questionnaire”, “Role Conflict of Female Athletes in the Socialization Questionnaire” and “Problem of Female Athletes in the Socialization Questionnaire”. After analyzing the dates of 196(70.1%) effective feedbacks, the result of this study is found as followed: (1) Pearson product-moment correlation analysis indicates that the motivation, role conflict and problem of female athletes in the socialization process are related. The feminality is significantly related(r= .53) to the performance and the ability in practicing sports. (2) Independent t-test analysis indicates that the motivation, role conflict and problem of female athletes in the socialization process who take part in the different event sports are not significant. (3) One-Way ANOVA analysis indicates that the level of parents to the motivation, role conflict and problem of female athletes in the socialization process are not significant. The result of this study showed that the filed of women and sport are improved partly.
