Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北藝術大學 === 傳統藝術研究所 === 91 === About the historic preservation in Taiwan, most participators are good at architecture, literature and history. General people don’t concern about these topic so much. However, many historic monument appointment or historical buildings registration are related to people’s property right. In order to make up their potential loss, our government have modified the tax law and instituted another law, like Transfering Development Rights(TDR). But, when the community, including monument owner, government department, explorer, professional, general people and so on, don’t understand why they have to preserve the monument, and the deep social meaning in the background of doing this, we will always face big difficulties when we try to fulfill this responsibility. So I will trace to the progress of historic preservation in Post-War Taiwan, and clear many different topics by many case studies. In order to solve these problems, I will cite the theory of communitarianism and the social figuration from Nobert Elias to do the analysis and discussion. Finally, I will draw it back to the axis of community participation, and try to find out the key point and bring up the strategy of improving the work of historic preservation.
