Secondly to understand the basic conception on school strategic -alliance of school educators. Thirdly to explore the suitable styles, difficulties , and the adopted measures of school strategic-alliance in elementary schools. Fourthly to compare the opinions between different school educators’demographic variables on the suitable styles, advantages, difficulties, and the adopted measures of school strategic -alliances. Finally to explore the relationship between the suitable styles and advantages of school strategic-alliance. Questionnaires were conducted in the study. The subjects include 518 public elementary school educators randomly drawn from 69 elementary schools in Taipei City. The survey includes self -made Survey of Implementation of Strategic -Alliances in Taipei Elementary Schools. The data is analyzed by frequencies, mean, standard deviation, t-test,one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’ multiple comparisons, Tukey HSD multiple comparisons,Dunnett’s T3 multiple comparisons, LSD multiple comparisons, chi-square test of homogeneity of proportions, chi-square independent test, Haberman adjusted residual comparisons, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and canonical correlation. The results are as follows: 1. School educators of elementary schools have the basic conception on school strategic -alliance . 2. School educators of elementary schools consider “School Internet-Shared Style” ,“Academic-Search Style ”and “Administration-Shared Style ”were the most suitable styles to be impellented in elementary schools. 3. School educators of elementary schools consider to impellent school strategic -alliance which will have three difficulties. Firstly , school strategic-alliance maybe a bargain without practice. Secondly , school educators of elementary schools have no idea about school strategic-alliances. Lastly , allianced-schools may not have enough trust with each other. 4. School educators of elementary schools consider “Curriculum and Teaching Collaborate Program” and “Administrative Support and Collaborate Strategy” were the best adopted measures when strategic-alliance is impellented in the schools. 5. School educators of elementary schools consider that there are three factors of a successful school strategic-alliance : are resources are communicated completely, the administration and teaching are collocated well, and a good allianced relationship is established. 6. Partly school educators of duty and school area will cause the difference on the opinions of school strategic-alliance suitable styles. 7. Partly school educators of gender, duty, history of school foundation and school area will cause the difference in the opinions of school strategic-alliance advantages. 8. Partly school educators of gender and the history of school foundation will cause the difference in the opinions of school strategic-alliance difficulties. 9. Partly school educators of gender, duty, size of the school and the history of school foundation will cause the difference in the opinions of school strategic-alliance adopted measures. 10. There are relationships be tween school strategic-alliance and the adopted measures,but the degree of the correlation tends low. 11. There are close correlations between school strategic-alliance styles and advantages.
