With systemic perspectives, researcher tries to construct the process of how background context affects the family needs of children with Autism, then investigate the ways to avoid conflicts between cognitive needs and normative needs of family system by model analysis to obtain the consensus of different family systems of children with Autism in Taipei City . This research adopts the qualitative gestalt-induction paragon, after discussing the characteristics of research field, researcher contacts subjects continually through in-depth interview and natural participant observation, to collect, compare, analyze, induct, deduce, and conclude data, finally interpret the family system needs of children with Autism. Alluded to above, findings of the research are as follows: (a)Considering the operation of family function with the perspective of macrosystem, families of children with Autism in Taipei City can be divided into four basic models ─stoic, employing, social, and secluded type. (b)With the perspective of microsystem, the cognitive needs of family of children with Autism include six dimensions─ information, professional service and care, economic, affectional support, leisure and amusement, and career planning. (c)With the perspective of mesosystem, exosystem, and macrosystem, the normative needs of family of children with Autism focus on information, professional service and care, and affectional support. Besides, family needs of children with Autism in Taipei City appear significantly different in various context. (d)In microsystem, the spouse sub-system may take dominating, composed, or dramatic attitude toward conflicts among individual needs, while the parental sub-system may take dominating or friendly attitude; the sibling sub-system may take bellicose, active or estranged attitude (through the “Y” network). (e)In the communication process of microsystem and mesosystem, system members may take estranged, friendly, or dramatic attitude toward conflicts among needs(through the circle network); in the communication process of microsystem and exosystem, system members may take open or dramatic attitude toward conflicts among needs(through the wheel network); in the communication process of microsystem and macrosystem, system members may take attentive attitude toward conflicts among needs(through the chain network). Finally, researcher also offers some strategies to promote communication among different family systems of children with Autism in Taipei City . 王大延 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 271 zh-TW
