People say that we should implement the new technology to promote the science education. The network professional development has being a proper choice for the professional development. This article describes the story of a network community of the science teacher with about 70 members. There are three steps of the development of his group. In early days, the group began in a good situation but not too long, and then declined speedily. The next stage of this study was focusing on the possible treatments to recover the energy of the group and the members. After a serial interviews of the members of the community and other people who was related to the issue of the administrating of the network community. The researcher made some changes on the activities of the community, and finally got a good practice on the knowledge sharing of science teacher members. This study suggests three points below: 1. To improve the science teachers’ profession development through network community by sharing their practical knowledge can be available, but the effect will be partial to the scope of all science teachers. 2. The matter, how to motivate members to participate in the on-line discusses, will be the most challenge of the administrators of a network community of the science teachers. 3. And, the effect of the science teachers’ on-line group is influenced by the culture of school teachers in whole.
