These are the gifted nature rights, which also mean that the dignity of human natures that is not allowed to be violated. The existence of the rights of human being is to satisfy the existence of human being; hence, the human rights protection has proved to be the common language in the universe. In these recent years, as a result of the endeavors of government and private community, the concept of human rights protection has been taken more highly every day. Since the endeavor of children after their own rights is very few and they are the disadvantaged and minority group in the society, so sometimes it will be necessary for us to defend the living and the development of children and to discuss how to protect the human rights of children.
This study uses the literatures analysis method to collect the human rights data of children and to objectively analyze the data. At the same time, it also compares the result with the internal and external human rights protection tendency, which will be regarded as the mirror in the future, and further analyzes the human rights protection of children through the obligation content of children rights and submit the improved policy.
From the study, we have found that the society is not familiar to the concept of human rights and is also in lack of experience of protecting human rights. As the result of the superiority in authoritativeness controlling, teachers in general are unable to respect the rights and interests in learning, which result in the deficient in education, and the medias always make negative report, twist the value of human rights and influence the human rights development of children. And also, the protection law of children rights is unable to be carried out, so it causes each kinds of deficiency even more, such as the difficult position in execution.
This study recommends that the education of human rights should be started from the childhood to nurture the correct idea of human rights concept of children and the democratic law education should also be executed. Then the good human rights conscious of nation should be formed by using society and media to promote the education of human rights, to correct the general likes and dislikes of society, to timely modify the protection law of children, to further promote the protection service of children, and to establish protection mechanism of human rights as soon as possible in carrying out the human rights protection of children.
