Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 日本研究所碩士在職專班 === 91 === Since the establishment of Derchuan Government in Japan, the administration of foreign intelligence had become more restricted but systematic as mandated by the governor. One of the Foreign Affair officers, Lin Chun-Sheng, extensively collected foreign intelligence and information from oversea. After carefully recorded and categorized the intelligence , Lin proposed the official document to the Derchuan Government. This document was later known as “Transposition of Barbarian Tribe (Yir) to Central China (Hua)”. The “Hua” was the Ming Dynasty whereas the “Yir” was the Ching Dynasty. The “Transposition of Yir (Barbarian Tribe) to Hua (Central China)” was one of the diplomatic documents during the transition of Ming to Ching Dynasty. Right after the collapse of Ming Dynasty, the Clan of Coxinga, Zhang Cheng-Gung, was the only runagate royal family of Ming Dynasty , still actively surviving outside the mainland China. This study was to research and analyze Zhang Cheng-Gung under such predicament. The first chapter is “introduction”, including the motive, purpose, methodology and structure of this study. The second chapter contains the formation of “Transposition of Barbarian Tribe (Yir) to Central China (Hua)” concept. Also, the influence of interaction between Ming Dynasty and Holland to the Derchuan Government in Japan was examined. The Chapter 3 reviews the Clan of Coxinga, Zhang Cheng-Gung. The 4th chapter describes the events of the Clan of Coxinga, Zhang Cheng-Gung, requesting assistance and supports from the Derchuan Government. Also the diplomatic policy of Derchuan Government as the time was reviewed. The 5th chapter is conclusion, including the conclusive statements and the perception and judgment of Zhang Cheng-Gung from Taiwan, China and Japan. Furthermore, the peace treaty between Zhang Chang-Gung and Holland was reviews and analyzed.
