| Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 資訊工程學系 === 91 === An efficient signcryption scheme based on elliptic curve is proposed in this paper. The signcryption scheme combines digital signature and encryption functions. It provides authentication and confidentiality by taking lower computational and communication cost. The proposed scheme not only provides confidentiality, integrity, unforgeability and non-repudiation, but also forward secrecy. By the proposed scheme, the judge can verify the sender’s signature directly. The proposed scheme can be applied to mobile communication environment because of the lower computation and communication cost.
