| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 創新設計研究所 === 91 === The purpose of this study is inquired how the digital technology influences factors on the office environment. The office environment is classified into four categories: worker, company, space, and pattern of work, and elaborate on 45 branches. The digital technology which influences a office environment can be acknowledged as “fixed digital equipment” and “potable digital equipment”. This survey has questionnaired 121 office workers from telecommunication, manufacturing, accountants, and design & advertising business.
The main conclusions and recommendation of this survey go as below:
1 In respect of categories, the digital technology has most effect on company, following by pattern of work, worker, and space ordinally.
2 In respect of the category “worker”, the digital technology has most effect on the sources of information. In the category of “enterprise”, it has most effect on electronic business. In the “work place”, the OA equipment such as printers, photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners influences most. In the pattern of work, the long-distance working via the internet has the most influence.
3 The people in the positions above the vice managing director, bosshead, and partner feel more effected on the category “worker” and ”company ” than others.
4 The accounting employees think that the digital technology influences more on the category “company” than the manufacturing ones.
5 As the level of branches, the desk-top effects most among the fixed digital technology equipment. So does the wireless network in the portable digital technology equipment.
6 The people in the positions above the vice managing director, bosshead, and partner are more sensible of the digital technology equipment than other workers.
