Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 商業自動化與管理研究所 === 91 ===   Due to the quick transformation of society and the continuous upgrade of information technology, the traditional school management model is not available to meet the current need. Therefore, the concept-school-based management-an administration policy-has taken the role of educational reform.   The concept has been considered so profoundly by the public that many thesis on this issue increase a lot. Until April in 2003, 279 thesis on based management are generated, and among them, about 229 are related to school-based management. From this point of view, it is definitely obvious that the concept “school-based management” has gained the public attention and concern. However, it is rarely to find any research starting from the point of the integration of information.   School is a place that fills with great amount exchange of information. It certainly has close relationship with information management. Therefore, if one school fails to manage information well, the efficiency of one school will decrease.   Owing to this, from the stance of integration of information, school-based management and reconstruction is being concerned and discussed. In this thesis, resource integration of enterprises, the operation model of ERP, CRM and SCM, and the procedure model are adapted. By these, the frame of EIRIS is constructed to process every joint of school administration more efficiently that allow teachers to be more available to conduct the guidance of students’ study, behavior and psychology.
