Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 商業自動化與管理研究所 === 91 === The primary purpose of this thesis is to decrease an exclamation of “what’s the learning is inconsistent with the market demand” while young college student is seeking for employment. On the employment market, will all necessary combination of courses and backgrounds be known and provided in advance during the school period to enhance the learning, ascertain an earlier career project, decrease the rate of unemployment, save social resource, and join in the employment market as early as possible.
Researching procedure of this research in sequense is: analyzing the famous manpower website at home, compiling references to explore its result, interviewing the experts, and framing up the prototype system and test. The main shaft of research’s object is based on the curriculum in relevant data-department of various institutes and the vacancies suitable for each business field (programming designers, game-software engineers, and Internet database managers).
According to the reference study, research mode and practicing system, this research has be mapped out the researching contribution as follows:
Researching Contribution:
1.Insomuch that the youth in each institute are provided in advance with the curriculum of professional background that is necessary for each post at the market of employment, the students of which may realize the possibly future vacancies while in study, and enact the best combination for the studying target earlier in accordance with the demand of the employment market.
2.Theories of the career project shall be really ascertained to decrease the rate of unemployment and social cost---“Reciprocated to society will be started at graduation”.
3.Assist the talent-wanted makers with a minimum cost to find an appropriate talent.
4.Support the job-seeking youth to find a proper vacancy---a right place for right person.
5.Provide with the reference patterns for the future to establish the manpower resource website.
6.Providing the conception of administration system to build the vacancies released from each business-field into curriculum.
