In general, site engineer have to be with variety of check lists for the quality auditing or the inspections, not only for the inconvenience but also for easy damage by bad weather of those check lists, most of the site engineer usually filled those lists in the office after site with their remembrance or image, in such case the quality of inspection or the auditing usually may not be as required, and that’s the arguments usually happened between contractor and the client or the inspector. This research is to explore and simulate the feasibility of the data collection by Pocket PC at site, not only for data transmission and analysis convenience but also for the influence factor and their quality affection to each construction item. Through the application system by connecting the Pocket PC and Computer using programmed procedure to have an electronic quality management system.
