For reasons of undefined and various factors existed in industry process or environment effect. Quality and efficiency issues will be induced by this kind of problems. Its expectation is to come out more complete and accurate process, and setup an Automatic Test System (ATS). And the objective of this thesis is considered how to decrease the chance of problem occurrence and increase the reliability of production. So this system is developed to simplify the complex testing procedures、labor and development time saving. The fundamental item is to perform testing and calibration of electrical functions of production flow. It also provides more human nature in User Interface (UI) and process management to solve possible problem from the result of artificial oversight. And at the end of the basic function test, the found values are generated and stored in information system for research. From this point, how to improve by statistical process control (SPC) will also be introduced. It’s helpful to monitor weather if the process out of control.
