We use Java language and add to increase the students interest of learning the stability of the electric power system. Java is a programming language that has emerged as a powerful tool for the development of platform and browser in dependent, interactive and computational based software which can be used on the world wide web through a Java enabled Web browser. The users can key in example values of the textbook through the internet and shown the outcome in the Web pages. In this thesis we use the examples of the stability of electric power systems, adopt widely used Java programming language to write the Applet program. The Java Applet is a good diagraph user interface. Students can use internet into the electric power system teaching Web pages and use it. The Java Applet can be used by students to comprehend the Equal Area Criterion method of power system stability. There are on-line testing system afford students test after class, and deepen the understanding of the lessons. This internet station let the farther users also can use internet to learn electric system. And have this system achieve distance learning or the teachers’ guidance material.
