Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 91 === This research presents the development of an automatic on-line inspection system of TiO2 nanoparticle suspension for characterizing the nanoparticle manufacturing process known as the Arc Spray Nanoparticle Synthesis System (ASNSS). The ASNSS has been developed to generate TiO2 nanoparticles. An on-line inspection system was developed to provide the real-time process information for characterizing the nanoparticle synthesis process. Experiments were conducted to investigate the optimal sampling parameters for accurate sampling and data measurement. Experiments conducted revealed that sampling duration of a 20 minute and dielectric volume of 40 c.c. can achieve effective data representation while maximizing sampling efficiency. In addition, the Taguchi method was deployed to optimize the process parameters, such as current, voltage, pulse duration, quiescent time and gap voltage. The results show the current and voltage are the crucial parameters, which were identified to be 1.5A and 220V, to produce a desired size of nanoparticles. A peak value of 121.9 nm can be prepared by the optimized parameter set being identified.
