Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 化學工程系碩士班 === 91 === In this research, the graft copolymerization onto PP fiber by chemical initiator, this method in order to add new function property of PP fiber. We are successfully to synthesis zwitterion monomer with one plot reaction that own a zwitterion. The yield of monomer after purification is 80 percentage.Then the monomer grafted to polypropylene non-woven by thermal grafting method. The percentage of grafting of the monomer is from 180 to 6300. In the paper the influence of dipping solvent and concentration on the percentage of grafting are discussed. And the changes of the percentage were observed with the scanning electron microscope. It can be used in aminoacid absorption , desalt ,waste water and drinking water filter in the future. All compound are decided by Fourier Transform Infrared and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, test it’s graft yield, physical property, contant angle, surfacial property by Scanning Tunnelling Microscopy and thermal analyzers.
