Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 工業設計學系 === 91 === With the development of internet and globalization, the enterprises use a lot of Information Technology to build a digital environment, and improve the efficiency of process. In recently, the rise of Electronic Business brings up a great challenge to enterprise. In order to advance the strength of the Value-Chain, the enterprises develop the Collaborative Product Commerce (CPC), try to integrate the data that distributing in the cycle of product’s life, and transform the information into business knowledge. The Product Data Management System (PDMS) is not only the base of E-Business, but also the core of CPC and Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP). However, many enterprises lack the capability of IT and the concept of the integration for design and manufacture, this is the main reason why enterprises fail in E-Business. This research focuses on two parts: the first one uses the technology of Component Model, Distributed Systems and Web Service being the base of application, to build up a theory of Web Service-Based PDMS that conforming the intention of CPC. The second one is according the structure and theory of Web Service-Based PDMS, using the COM+ (Component Object Model Plus), Delphi6, ASP(Active Server Page), XML (Extensible Markup Language), DOM (Document Object Model), Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Windows 2000 to develop a Web Service-Based PDMS that having the property of stride across unlike system and easy to integrate. This study hopes to offer a reference to help the enterprises building the integrated PDMS successfully, and decrease the cost and risk of developing the E-Business.
