We offer an integrated mobile solution that can improve the effective scope of ERP. There are many "Mobile Workforce" in organization. They usually need to handle their tasks between e-environment and non e-environment. These overlapping scopes will become the weakness part while increasing efficiency. However, competitions become more and more violent today. Enterprises need powerful solutions to increase efficiency furthermore. Many ERP companies provide their own solution by importing new mobile devices and various wireless technologies for example SAP, Oracle, IBM, DataSystem Computer, ProYpung, and IEMIS Consultant. Nevertheless, new problems come out. Such as wiretap, security, effective rang, budget and so on. Using new technology is not the only way. We construct a concept of Appropriate Technology-using Personal Digital Assistant(PDA)and barcode scanning device to building an integrated "Mobile Front-End" application system. This system provide a high effective, rapid, and in time collection of data computing. Then we’ll design a desk management system, which offer data management tasks such as transport, data integration, format conversion and database integration. Finally, combine the data into present Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Furthermore, we offer a whole complete Intermediate Transformation Framework to plug into nowadays ERP system without changing. As well as using a high extensible and flexible intermediate framework, it can provide the enterprise an effective, low cost and implementation solution for inventory and logistic management.
