| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 91 === Knowledge Management is a famous phrase and issue for any organization, academic, enterprise, or non-profit organizations. Lectures, theories, or products are still burning. Knowledge is an asset; this concept is known and accepted by most people. In Taiwan, the environment we live, few organizations take knowledge management into action except the large enterprise. Knowledge management practices are feeling so far for them; this is why I do this research, no more theory just action. This research provides an example of modular knowledge management system development, which include EIP module, documents management system module, lesson learned module, group discussion forum module and dynamic survey system module. Hope the wishy-washy company or organization to take into action.
