Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 數學系 === 91 === Two SEI models with density dependent birth rate are considered in this thesis.It is shown that if the comtact number σ<1,the model with simple mass action incidence has a globally asymptotically stable equilibrium for some parameter values. If σ>1,then there exists an interior equilibrium which is locally asymptotically stable for some parameter values. The model with the standard incidence has at most five equilibria.The existence and local stability of each equilibria are analyzed.
