However, more were focus on the individual level of analyze, and were in laboratory settings. Goal orientation study that conducted in real enterprise environment, or related to personal innovative behavior and team level of analyze is still limited. This research was conducted in real work settings, and all participants were team leaders or team members of R&D departments from companies. By a crossing-level analysis between individual and team levels, we tried to disclose the impact of the two constructs of goal orientation, learning orientation and performance orientation, on individual innovative behavior, and team innovation performance. In addition, the mediating effect of self-efficacy and collective efficacy were examined. Hierarchical regression analysis results indicated that, in individual level of analysis, personal learning orientation was positively related to individual innovative behavior, and the mediating effect of self-efficacy was supported, whereas performance orientation was not. In team level of analysis, team’s performance orientation was negatively related to team innovation performance, however the impact of team’s learning orientation was not significant, and the mediating effect of collective efficacy was not supported.
