This study found that the best strategy was based on domestic market then expanding to overseas. This thesis is an exploratory study and focus on how Sam Yang Industry Company utilizes new product development strategy to expand overseas markets. This study found that Motorcycle maker use new product development strategy and centralize equivalent method. Not only emphasis on technical creation but also aimed satisfy market trend and customer desires. The products are popular at both domestic and overseas market. And encourage manufacturer to invest overseas to be close to the local market. This thesis study success factors of Motorcycle Industries overseas investment. The result appeals overseas expansion is great potential at Vietnam market. As the government wiping bad matters such as smash smuggle or illegal modify. And a very important thing that government requested manufacturer must be localizing. There are three dimensions of success strategies. 1st Sam Yang takes 100% shares, 2nd Sam Yang are first investment case and 3rd Sam Yang own core competence of developing products.
