| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 資訊管理研究所碩士在職專班 === 91 === In this study, we propose an overall resource planning model for an information system. We can evaluate all system resources efficiently through this model.
At the beginning of this research, we built the business model and the functional model by analyzing business operations. Then we make some analysis on the current system to build a customer behavior model, a system workload model and a system ef-ficiency model, followed by picking out parameters and measured them for these mod-els to build a system resource model. At the end of the study, we calibrate the model to ensure the accuracy and availability of the model.
It is shown that we can evaluate the integrated information system resources effi-ciently by the model we built. We can understand the utilization of resources of an ex-isted system and then can use system resources efficiently. On the other hand, the model also provides the data for decision supports to ensure the quality of service and to achieve the goal of business in the future when the management of the business is changed or technical improvements happened.
