Training local managers, and transfer management knowledge, technology in order to cut the higher costs and continuously administration. This became an all-important factor at multinational human resource management in China. The main subjects of this study are the training of management knowledge transfer of local managers, and interview three Taiwanese electric businesses in China. To analyze management knowledge transfer of training of persons, ways, contents, difficulty, effectiveness, and affected factories, and comparing. This study way is based on case study, using in-depth interviews and the bibliography in Taiwan and abroad as means of date collection.
This study finds who is the planner of training and businesses size with contingence, training contents and establish time with contingence. Every business had different difficulty depend on different organizational attribute, culture. For example, lack of connect, lack of achieved training plans, defective in teacher’s ability. Those factories all will counteract training effectiveness. Defective in appraising effectiveness system of training is every business should improve.
