Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 91 === The purpose of this research was to investigate the key factors affecting knowledge management attitude of administrative staffs in universities and colleges if we consider school organizational culture and personality traits. The subjects of the research were the administrative staffs in universities and colleges in Taiwan during April and June, 2002. The sample consisted of 371 subjects from 10 universities. The total number of valid return was 254 and the valid usable return rate was 68.5﹪. Data were analyzed by t-test, one way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression. The major findings were as follows:1.the dimension of cooperation and consideration could significantly predict knowledge transferring, knowledge storing and knowledge sharing. The dimension of assistance and sharing could significantly predict knowledge storing and knowledge sharing. The dimension of hope value could significantly predict knowledge innovation, 2.agreeableness could significantly predict knowledge transferring, knowledge storing, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. Openness to experience could significantly predict knowledge transfering, knowledge storing and knowledge innovation. Extraversion and conscientiousness could significantly predict knowledge innovation, 3.knowledge management attitude of administrative staffs in universities and colleges were affected by personality traits more significantly than school organizational culture. According to the analyses and results of the research, the researcher proposed suggestions to enhance knowledge management attitude of administrative staffs in universities and colleges.
