| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 91 === The Labor Health and Safety Regulations were established based on the labor policy and the labor health & safety requirements. It is for the purpose to prevent the construction disasters and to assure labors’ health and safety. The responsible agency of the government shall be responsible to perform the health and safety inspections by following the rules in order to maintain the good working environment and safe working condition. However, there are many different policies or regulations, these make the in charge party very confuse and very hard to follow.
Here the construction management is taken as an example to present a study in summarizing the appropriate way of when and where to apply those Labor Health and Safety Regulations. To put in the form of table to summarize those individual laws and regulations in the following major categories: “Purpose of the Law”; “Appropriate Organizations”; “Appropriate Time”; “Items the Construction Organizations must follow with explanations”; and the key points of the regulations for helping people to understand. Also, it has itemized the contents of the regulations to establish the appropriate construction safety regulations.
For the progress of the construction, beginning from the construction planning, construction preparation, to the site construction, this article is presented by putting in the form of table to explain the following items: “The Methods”; “The Men Power”; “The Machines”; “The Material”; and “The Working Environment”. By using the 4M1E categories for analysis and arrangement to persuade the construction requirements and the safety regulations.
This article is arranged to categorize the construction industry’s Health and Safety Regulations for workers to understand easily. This in turn will improve the working efficiency, and effective management, and that it will effectively establish the working safety and environment.
