A series of experiments including mold temperature measure, thermal expansion coefficient, Chemical analyses using the OES, microhardness testing , optical metallography analysis were used to determine the Crack cause. Experimental data show that the Low Pressuere Die Casting mold of BeCu alloy. Due to brass casting high melting points of alloys use , mold gate under decrease quantity of Ni , material the thermal strength tends to decrease, to show thermal fatigue, the hardness tends to decrease, recrystallization and increase in grain size. This research has finished the initial study of the analysis of Crack in Low Pressuere Die Casting mold of BeCu alloy.
