Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 91 === The thesis studies the implementation of a sensorless switched reluctance drive system. First, the structure, basic principle and mathematical model of the switched reluctance motor are discussed. Then, the drive methods with and without a position sensor are discussed. Next, two sensorless techniques are proposed. The first technique estimates the self-inductance of the motor by detecting the slope of the stator current. Then, the rotor position is obtained by using the self-inductance. The second technique uses phase-locked loop technique to estimate the rotor position of the motor. This thesis discusses the application of using a switched reluctance motor for a running machine. Finally, the rotor speed is obtained from estimating rotor position and a closed-loop drive can be achieved. Several experimental results can validate the stimulated waveforms and show that the proposed system has good transient responses and load disturbance responses.
