One step we reviewed the experiments and theory related to fire behavior to find out the fire types and the formula related to heat effect . We divided the compartment fire into two types: local fire and overall fire. To discuss the ways and formula in the two fire types which the clearance replaced substance fire separation’s performance (integrity and insulation).
Then discussing the clearance design replaced the existing regulations which fire separation regulated. We found out the regulations suit to replace by clearance design. By the case study, we realized the operation of clearance design .
