And many persons get the bad emotions like the scare and anxiety that are not good for e-learning. Therefore , it is necessary to discover deeply in the impact factors of network literacy while having the e-learning . So , if we can discover the impact factors of user’s perception and acceptance of e-learning of implementation , and it can be useful to plan the program of training of enterprise .
