There are many researches figure out that lots of students and workers feel hard in using PC even though getting the against behaviors. And many persons get the bad emotions like the scare and anxiety that are not good for e-learning. Therefore , it is necessary to discover deeply in the impact factors of network literacy while having the e-learning . So , if we can discover the impact factors of user’s perception and acceptance of e-learning of implementation , and it can be useful to plan the program of training of enterprise .
