In this study , by means of the RF signals of ultrasound and the optical measurement of N4-PLUS COULTER ,we have probed into the preparation , storage and gas-embraced of liposomes, and has looked for liposomes having better physics and chemical properties. It has also demonstrated that we can succeed to embrace gas and verify whether gas is embraced by ultrasound subharmonic signal in the process of preparation of liposomes . Throught changing some components of liposomes ,it has sought a better component ratio of liposomes. In order to consider selection of concentrations of liposomes ,this study has found the relationship between dilution times and signals. By using disperse solution, we get some experiences. In the cold storage of liposomes , liposomes would be better to keep better stability of signal within two weeks.
