Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 91 === In today’s competitive environment, organizations confront constantly changing technology, increasing customer demands, insufficient staffs and resources, and unreachable project targets. Project management becomes a critical issue of organization management. However, most project management tools only provide planning facilitates which do not help project management more efficient and effective. This thesis proposes a project knowledge management model to help project managers measuring project and employee performance and to reduce efforts of project team member assignment. This is achieved by integrating project management processes and knowledge management processes. The proposed measurement model supports a thoroughly evaluation dimension for employee appraisals. At the meantime, project team member assignment is based on the performance measurement result. The proposed model reduces project management efforts on planning and controlling.
