In addition, this study attempted to examine the differences among school organizational culture, teacher organizational commitment and teacher job satisfaction with different school’s background and teacher’s background. Questionnaire survey was conducted in this study. The subjects of this survey were elementary school teachers in Taitung. There were three survey instruments, including School Organizational Culture Questionnaire, Teacher Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and Teacher Job Satisfaction Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by mean, standard division, t-test, one-way ANOVA, one-way MANOVA ( using statistical software: SPSS For Windows 8.0) and yielded the following results: 1. The correlation among elementary school organizational culture, teacher organizational commitment and job satisfaction is above average. 2. In “basis assumption” and “environment awareness”, “school with under twelve classes” is higher “school with over twenty-five class”, there are significant difference in the other aspects. School organizational culture has no significant difference in variables such as “school area”, and “main campus / section campus. 3. The organizational commitment has no significant difference in variables such as sex, ethnicity, duties, school size, school area, main campus / section campus. In variables of age, the older they are , the higher organizational commitment they have. In variables of seniority, the longer they are , the higher organizational commitment they have. In variables of pre-service teacher education, teacher graduated from junior teacher colleges has higher organizational commitment then who graduated from 4-years teacher colleges and normal universities. 4. The job satisfaction has no significant difference in variables such as sex, pre-service teacher education, marriage, ethnicity, certified / non-certified, duties, school size, school area, main campus / section campus. In variables of age, the older they are , the higher job satisfaction they have. In variables of seniority, the longer they are , the higher job satisfaction they have. 5. There were positive correlation among school organizational culture, teacher organizational commitment and teacher job satisfaction. School organizational culture is higher, teacher organizational commitment is higher. School organizational culture is higher, job satisfaction is higher. Finally, based on the results, suggestions for educational administration agencies, elementary schools and future study were proposed.
