This study applies interview and survey to collect data. Ten interviewers, teachers, who are familiar with the “Parent Teacher Association” teaching resources use demand, range, methods, strategy and influential factors to do the survey. Based on the literature review and the data of statistics , this study draws the following conclusions: Fist, the degree of demand for “Parent Teacher Association” resources differs significantly due to the users’ situation: Class teachers appear to have higher demand than administrators and subject teachers. Second, the frequency of demand for “Parent Teacher Association” resources is low. Third, among these “Parent Teacher Association” resources, teachers utilize more frequently people resources. Forth, the occasions that teacher use “Parent Teacher Association” are mainly for subjects such as Teacher’s Time, Empty Time, and Native Education Activities. Fifth, teachers keep balance between the use of the following methods: bringing the community resources into schools and extending students’ learning to community. Sixth, there seem to be room to upgrade teaching quality in the preparation stage. However, multiply teaching methods are applied during the teaching stage. Seventh, factors influence teachers to use the “Parent Teacher Association” teaching resources include students, teachers, courses, school and parent. Several suggestions are proposed based on the above conclusions: First, for educational administration, it is necessary to set up a specialized organization to coordinate, integrate the “Parent Teacher Association” resources. Second, to have better communication between “Parent Teacher Association” and teacher, educational administration should also provide some effective incentives. Third, teachers should aware the importance of the “Parent Teacher Association” resources and put them into the real teaching environment. Fourth, parents, the members of “Parent Teacher Association”, should work closely with teachers so that students will benefit most. Finally, for further studies, there are two aspects could be noticed. The subjects, if possible, should come from students, parents, teacher, and administrators.
