Its purpose is mainly a description-based research which supported by empirical study to explore current financing strategy of Taiwanese business in China. Research method used is to collect secondary data to familiarizing how Taiwanese business get financing in China and to finally conduct on site visit of these CFO in China to gain their first hand experience through the completion of a well designed check list.. Research structure of this thesis is analyzed in three dimensions : Firstly, we study the development of banking system and structure of modern China aiming to understand its process, existing problems and Taiwanese bank''s strategy in China. Due to China''s unique banking system which has been through the process of liberalization and revolution, banks in China developed different appearance. Secondly, we study credit policy of Chinese banks especially on the subject of business evaluation and legal issues which also include the following : 1. Application process of bank loan 2. Type of bank loan 3. Security of bank loan 4.Adjustting and opportunity of financial market in China Lastly, we study further about Taiwanese enterprises'' financing activities and financing strategy in China such as 1. Taiwanese''s enterprise'' financing activities 2. On site visit and analysis of check lists 3. Basic understanding of how to get financing in China and its difficulties 4. Recommendation of financing strategy for Taiwanese enterprises in China.
