Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立海洋大學 === 漁業科學系碩士在職專班 === 91 === Abstract In view of the overlapping between cross-strait fishing grounds in East Sea which has caused various marine disputes. So those are necessary to understand and analyze the diversity between management system and marine fishing law enforcement of cross-straits to make for settlement on fishery dispute at sea and fishery exchange between cross-straits. The most distinction of cross-strait central fishery systems is that the system is separated into policy (Fishery Administration) and management (Administration of Fishery and Fishing Harbor Supervision) in China, and both policy and management are superintended by Fishery Agency in Taiwan. As well, the Chinese marine enforcement of fishery law is implemented by Administration of Fishery Harbor Supervision of Agricultural Department, and in Taiwan which is implemented by Coast Guard Administration. Both fishery professional implement and legal basis are superior to Chinese.
