Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立海洋大學 === 水產養殖學系 === 91 === Oxygen consumption (OC, mg/g/h) and cumulative amount of oxygen consumption (COC, mg) of Haliotis diversicolor supertexta (5.04 ± 0.30 g) were measured at fifteen combined environments (salinity 25, 30 and 35 ppt and temperature at 14, 18, 22, 26 and 30 ℃). Oxygen consumption (OC, mg/g/h) and cumulative amount of oxygen consumption (COC, mg) increased directly with temperature and salinity. In 35 ppt, oxygen consumption was 0.068, 0.084, 0.089, 0.104 and 0.113 mg/g/h and the cumulative amount of oxygen consumption was 7.854, 10.318, 10.957 12.439 and 14.041 mg at 14, 18, 22, 26 and 30 ℃, respectively. The relationship among oxygen consumption (OC) and cumulative amount of oxygen consumption (COC), salinity (S), temperature (T), exposure time (t), interaction between T and t (Tt) is as follow: OC = 0.0082 + 0.0004S + 0.0031T (R2 = 0.7695) COC = -1.1564 + 0.0376S + 0.0023T + 0.0868t + 0.0165Tt (R2 = 0.7695) Lethal dissolved oxygen (LDO, mg/l) of Haliotis diversicolor supertexta (5.92 ±0.65 g) were examined at fifteen combined environments (salinity 25, 30 and 35 ppt and temperature at 14, 18, 22, 26 and 30 ℃). Lethal dissolved oxygen was highest at 25 ppt and 30 ℃(0.524 mg/l) and the lowest at 35 ppt and 22 ℃(0.100 mg/l). The relationship among lethal dissolved oxygen (LDO), S, T is as follows: LDO = 0.4200 - 0.0089S + 0.0061T ( R2 = 0.1191 ) Haliotis diversicolor supertexta (4.13 ± 1.02 g) were exposed to different concentrations of dissolved oxygen (DO) using the static renewal method at 25 and 35 ppt at 21 ℃. The relationship among survival, dissolved oxygen (C), S, t, interaction between S and C (SC), and interaction between C and t (Ct) is as follow : Survival = 123.1246 + 0.3395S - 1.4394t - 7.3396C - 0.0541SC + 0.4184Ct (R2 = 0.8576) The 72, 84, and 96 h LC50 of DO on Haliotis diversicolor supertexta was 1.562, 1.763, and 2.019 mg/l at 25 ppt and 1.426, 1.647, and 1.832 mg/l at 35 ppt, respectively. The relationship among LC50 of DO, S and T is as follows : LC50 = 0.5410 - 0.0123S + 0.0182T (R2 = 0.6367)
