To research the growth conditions in commercial medium, the ability to improve the water quality, and inhibit four different Vibro bacterium. growth. To culture in TSB, the growth rate for Aureobacterium terregens is the highest, intermediate in the Alcaligenes denitrificans, and Rhodobacter sphaeroides is the lowest. The three probiotics can live in different salinity. Rhodobacter sphaeroides is anaero- microorganism, and the other are aero- microorganism. Rhodobacter sphaeroides can increase the growth created with light. In the study, to increase the illuminant, the growth rate will increase. When change the illuminant, Aureobacterium terregens and Alcaligenes denitrificans have the same growth rate. To simulate the environment as surface layer in the tank, Aureobacterium terregens has the highest ability to reduce the concentration of ammonia —N, when add 105 CFU/ml working solution. Alcaligenes denitrificans has the best ability to reduce the concentration of nitrite-N, when add 105 CFU/ml working solution. To simulate the environment as bottom layer in the tank, only Rhodobacter sphaeroides has ability to reduce ammonia-N and nitrite-N. Rhodobacter sphaeroides and Aureobacterium terregens can inhibit four species of vibrio growth, especially for Rhodobacter sphaeroides.When the concentration of Rhodobacter sphaeroides treated to 102 CFU/ml, and add to the tube which has the concentration of vibrio is 103 CFU/ml, it can inhibit all four vibrio growth.
