The primary purpose of the research is to find out the interaction among the children, environment and toys according to the behaviors of the children in those plays. In the research, two separate cases, “Hsin-Yi Family Indoor Playground” and “Play Space Family Exploration Center”, are the research targets as the individual research method. The interview and the observation as well as the investigation chart are used to acquaint what the program planners and the parents’ ideal and needs are about the parent-child play environment; how the kids interact in the parent-child play environment and how the further relevant factors that affect the interaction during the parent-child play; furthermore, how the play environment affects the children’s play behaviors as well as the relationship of the children interaction. The research concludes the correct opinions and attitudes how the parents foster the children and participate the children’s play; meanwhile, it proposes the “play and learning environment” programs which offer the parent-child play not only promote the children themselves development, but also let parents and children grow together. There are basically three major purports in this research: Part One: The acquirement of the program planners and the parents’common expectations and needs about the parent-child play environmentbased on their conversation. Part Two: The connotation analysis of the interaction parent-child play in Play environment.
