There were the effective 267 questionnaires which the effective ratio is 95.36%. The conclusions were drawn as follows: 1.In Penghu County,the 9-year Integrated Curriculum for the elementary school teachers on curriculum、instruction and evaluation are trend to the positive viewpoints on teachers’ belief. 2.In Penghu County,the 9-year Integrated Curriculum for the elementary school teachers are trend to the positive teachers’ behaviors but they are still enhancing on the parts of the teachers’ behaviors. 3.There are differences from teaching years and teaching districts for the 9-year Integrated Curriculum of the elementary school teachers on teachers’ belief in Penghu County. 4.There are differences from teaching years and teaching districts and teaching grade for the 9-year Integrated Curriculum of the elementary school teachers on teachers’ behaviors in Penghu County. 5.There are significant positive correlation and implementing disparities between teachers’ belief and teachers’ behaviors for the elementary school teachers in Penghu County.
