Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 動力機械工程學系 === 91 === In the optical-electronic industry, the aspheric Lens has widely used because of its alluring property of improvement aberration and raise image quality. But, the curvature variation of the aspheric lens increases the difficulty of the finish process. The manufacture technologies of high quality aspheric lens still need to research and break. This paper mainly investigates the influence of the finished lens surface characteristic cause of the curvature variation, and to build up the aspheric lens polishing model. In the experiment, measure surface characteristic after lapping and polishing several concave lens of different curvature. In addition, measure the groove formed by polishing the same distance from the different curvature lens center for material removal in the other experiment. Experiment results show that curvature indeed influence the surface roughness and material removal of the lens. Surface roughness of the lens decrease by the curvature reduces. Smaller the curvature of lens is , harder to remove the surface crack and scrape. Measure data shows Material removal rate is the function of the curvature. A curvature corrective function is defined for separating the effect of the curvature in the finishing process. Finally, the aspheric lens polishing model is built up by curvature corrective function with the curvature calculating of the aspheric surface and aspheric surface formula.
