Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺中師範學院 === 教育測驗統計研究所 === 91 === In this research, it is important to explore the Health-related Physical Fitness of the elementary school students. First, the Health-related Physical Fitness includes Body Mass Index, Sit up-flexed Leg, Standing Broad Jump, Sit-and-reach Test, and 800 meter Run-walk. The researcher focuses on the three main effects, which are the students region, gender and personal physical situations. There are 360 students, who are the 5th graders from 12 elementary schools in Kaoshiung City and Kaoshiung County, participating in the research. According to the result, we come to some conclusions. First, the region, gender and personal physical situations will not affect the Health-related Physical Fitness at the same time. However, every two of them will cause interactive effects on the Health-related Physical Fitness, inclusive of the five items. Generally speaking, boys are superior than girls, students in the county are superior than those in the city. Moreover, students in poor-physical situation are prior than those in well- and fair-physical situation. Therefore, the researcher suggests that physical teachers, especially those in cities, should normalize the Health and Physical teaching in the elementary schools. They should try the best to provide regular and systematic teaching. After all, only when teachers consider the personal differences between students do the plans and treatment of the Health-related Physical Fitness could be produced to enforce the Health-related Physical Fitness of our students.
