Quasi-Experimental Study was used in this study. Two groups of students from the fifth grade of an elementary school of Nantou were selected. One group was assigned to the experimental group; the other was assign to the control group. The experimental group received the Environmental Education Integrated Elementary Science Instruction. The control group received no treatment. The scales of elementary science learning achievement and environmental literacy were compared between two groups. The relations between elementary science learning achievement, environmental literacy and background of students in experimental group were analyzed. Also, the relations between subscales of environmental literacy were analyzed. Results were as follows: 1.There wasn’t significant effect on students’ elementary science learning achievement between control group and experimental group. 2. There was significant effect on students’ environmental literacy between control group and experimental group. 3. There weren’t significant relations between environmental literacy and background of students in experimental group. 4. There were significant relations between subscales of environmental literacy.
